Responsibilities:
-Exceptional personality for a unique Medspa experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Check-in patients and collect necessary paperwork
- Assist with medical record management, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a MEDSPA, medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of electronic health record systems such as Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
ZENOTI / Repeat MD platform familiarity a huge plus!
