About the role:
As a key player in our team, you'll be at the forefront of preparing welcoming apartments for new residents, ensuring their transition is smooth and seamless. You will also be responsible for repairing and maintaining apartments for our valued current residents, elevating their living experience to new heights. What you'll do:

Service work order requests made by residents

Schedule and perform minor and routine maintenance on equipment and systems

Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
-
Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures

Working on damaged electrical wiring when there is a shortage or when a severed wire appears
-
Diagnose problems with sensors, switches, and HMI settings
-
Inspect alarm systems such as carbon dioxide and fire protection and quickly schedule repairs when needed
-
Physically walking properties to ensure they are clean/well maintained
What you'll need:
-
Basic knowledge of electrical and heating systems
-
EPA technician certification preferred
-
2 or more years of related work experience

Strong problem solving skills
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Requires the ability to read, speak and understand work instructions and safety notices in English

Valid driver's license in good standing
