We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our plastic and reconstructive surgery practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing with a focus on healthcare or aesthetics. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence, driving patient acquisition, and maintaining patient engagement through various marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our plastic surgery services.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager/Director to set marketing goals and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends in the aesthetics industry.
Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize the practice’s website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and engaging.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics to improve digital marketing performance.
Content Creation:
- Create compelling and informative content for the website, blog, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and other content creators to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the practice’s brand voice and aesthetic.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage social media content calendars for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online reviews to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and patient appreciation events.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Measure the effectiveness of events and promotions, providing recommendations for future improvements.
Patient Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and implement patient retention programs to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Create and distribute patient newsletters and other communication materials.
- Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve patient experience.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Use marketing analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports for the Marketing Manager/Director.
Additional Duties:
- Update and manage website content and SEO.
- Create and schedule social media posts.
- Develop email marketing campaigns and manage email lists.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions and online reviews.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to produce marketing materials.
- Analyze marketing data and prepare performance reports.
- Plan and execute events and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or aesthetics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing software).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws is a plus
