Job Summary:
Please DO NOT apply for this job unless you are looking for PART TIME work. We are seeking a PART TIME experienced and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for, managing administrative tasks, and providing customer service to help customers make appointments and support the collision repair process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, customer service experience, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record.
Duties:
Office Assistant Responsibilities
- Answering customer phone calls
- Schedules appointments on Google Calendar
- Assists with maintaining Excel spreadsheets stored on Google Docs
- Emails documents to customers for their signature
- Faxes signed documents to auto insurance companies
- Submits rental information to Enterprise Rent-A-Car via online portal
- Orders office supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Google Docs & Google calendar
- Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently
- Must be trustworthy & reliable
