Film Office Production Assistant
Description
Seventh Story is in search of a fantastic production assistant who can be trained into a full time Production Coordinator position. You’ll work closely with our current Coordinator who will bring you up to speed for the position.
You'll need to be very detail oriented since you’ll participate in all stages of production, from Pre-production through Post. You’ll assist and communicate with producers, agencies, and actors. You’ll focus on pre-production and the execution of film shoots. You will sit in on production meetings over Zoom, read scripts, locate props & costumes, assist in studio rentals, and post on our social media platforms. You’ll also get to help around the studio, make call sheets, keep an eye on deadlines, and pull resources together for film shoots. You'll work on commercials, short films, limited series, and faith-based educational videos.

Skills & Experience
Required
- Reliable transportation
- Smart Phone
- Proficiency in Google Drive (docs, sheets, etc.)
- Experience in film/video production
- Availability 40 hours per week
- Attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Organization skills
- Physically able to lift and move items
Preferred
- Filmmaking Training
- Experience with Apple computers
- Programs such as:
- Pages
- Final Draft
- Click-Up
- Slack
- QuickTime
- Art department / Arts & Crafts

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend filming is rare
- Answering emails concerning studio rental on occasion
