Our client is a downtown Minneapolis, boutique law firm looking for an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this hybrid role, you will support attorneys with their employment law and estate planning/probate matters.

In your role, you have an opportunity to:
- Prepare and edit legal documents and correspondence.
- Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with client intake.
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and manage deadlines and docket dates.
- Open, manage, and close files.
You are an ideal candidate if you have this experience:
- 3+ years legal assistant experience - probate/estate planning experience helpful.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
- High school diploma (required); some college preferred.

Pay: $49,093.53 - $85,000.00 per year
