Responsibilities
Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Keep the customer lounge clean and make sure customers waiting have a pleasant experience
Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from advisors and record the amounts
Pulling various reports
Performing basic administrative tasks as needed

The schedule rotates from three weekday afternoons 3 pm to 7 pm to two weekdays 3 pm to 7 pm and Saturday 8 am to 6 pm
