Pull required lists to check equipment changes and substitutions & take the necessary steps to make sure that the changes happen
Receive calls from Zoners, Flight Attendants and Pilots regarding the status of the galleys
Report arrival, departure and gate information
Ensure proper seal checking procedures
Report all cancellations

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Information source for the Customer Service Center / Operations. Operate the dispatch center providing critical information regarding aircraft equipment changes, shortages, substitutions, etc. Pull all necessary reports & apply the correct actions to coordinate all the necessary responses. Determine the order in which all flights will be catered. Must monitor all equipment changes, late flights, gate changes, etc. Track and document all flights and aircraft nose numbers. Ensure that Drivers are calling off the dock; F/C, Y/C, Seal Checks and Block Outs. Responsible for efficient and accurate reporting of data communicated. Assist with all other duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Must be familiar with various computer systems
- Must have High School Diploma

· Must have good work ethics & habits
· Must have strong accountability / follow through skills

· Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently, 25+ pounds occasionally & 10+ pounds consistently. Ability to push / pull 75+ pounds frequently. Ability to bend, stoop & twist repeatedly & stand for 8 – 12 hours a day'
