The Guest Services Coordinator works directly under the guidance of the Assistant Facility manager to coordinate all Puppy Paws Services & the Reception team. This position will oversee all aspects of Reception Team. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality and demonstrate a high level of integrity and work ethic. Work to continually have clear consistent communication with Assistant Facility Manager, Facility Manager and all departments: Boarding & Daycare, In-Home Services, Reception, Spa, and Training.
Hours: 8AM-4:30PM Monday - Friday
Weekends as Needed

Requirements:
- Maintain a level of EXCELLENT customer service.
- Comfortable and confident with all sizes and breeds of dogs.
- Have a full comprehension of the Reception SOP.
- Understand and operate within the Puppy Paws Service Standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a high call volume environment and able to multi task.
- Attention to detail and able to take instructions well and a good memory.
- Be teachable and actively growing your knowledge and skills through continued education.
- Creating and maintaining a positive culture and work environment.
- Exhibit cooperation and teamwork with ALL departments.
- Follow and uphold dress code.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with Facility Manager.
- Have a working knowledge of ALL departments and positions.
- Knowledge of ALL services offered and able to sell, schedule and monitor.
- Uphold Puppy Paws Core Values.
- Monitor all forms of client communication to make sure they are being done according to Puppy Paws standards.
- Give tours of the facility and help with Pick-Up & Deliveries as needed.
- Work off-site special events
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Able to preform all the following job duties reliably.
Job Duties:
- Daily check reception notebooks. All receptionist are to keep track of booked services so they can be monitored and double checked.
- HR updates for employee issues or concerns, call-ins, tardiness etc...
- Ensures checklists are relevant and the team comprehends and does their assigned checklist.
- Ensure SOP comprehension, communicating with team that SOP's are REQUIRED. If a member of the team sees something that needs updated or changed please let management know.
- Manages productivity of team members.
- Maintains Incident reports by following SOP.
- Reports any problems or client/employee situations as they arise to Facility Manager.
- Insuring that all Reception Team employees are upholding Puppy Paws standard of customer service. EXCELLENCE!
- Keep supply list updated for monthly supply purchases.
- Facilitates cleanliness of Lobby, entry and front yard.
- Works directly with Facility Manager to address and resolve any escalated client issues.
- Verify and follow-up on client registrations and communications, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor client invoicing for accuracy and report and discrepancies to Facility Manager.
- Monitors incident reports according to the SOP.
- Make sure all team members are documenting Pet Notes correctly.
