Human Resources Director Description
Our client the manufacturing industry is looking for a Human Resources Director to join their team in Moses Lake, Washington. Reporting to the CEO, you will support all facets of human resources including hiring, onboarding, and growing a team of happy and successful employees. The team comprises around 150 employees, with seasonal fluctuations requiring temporary workers. To be successful, you should have experience in HR for multi-entity organizations and a strong knowledge of labor regulations. Human Resources Director Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Conduct workforce planning
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
- Oversee payroll processing through ADP
- Ensure legal compliance
- Manage employee relations
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes
- Maintain strong vendor relationships for HR services and benefits
- Manage worker’s compensation programs
Human Resources Director Qualifications
- 5+ years of human resources experience required
- Leadership/team management experience required
- Experience working for a multi-state and multi-entity organization required
- Experience working for mid-sized to large companies (50+ employees) required
- Must be willing to work onsite in Moses Lake, WA
