RUN Studios and its client partner, a large online retailer headquartered in Seattle, are seeking an enthusiastic Program Coordinator to join for an approximate 4-month project starting in July or August. The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating project deliverables for one of our client’s largest annual events. This role is instrumental in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for attendees, fostering valuable connections and delivering impactful engagements.
While this position is remote, Seattle based candidates preferred.
As a Program Coordinator, You Will

Assist the event lead with the logistical coordination of executive engagements at the event.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executive offices and sales teams, to ensure seamless program delivery.

Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the team and relevant stakeholders, including executives.
- Test internal tooling setup and features.
- Document program processes and guidelines.
- Manage stakeholder questions via internal channels (e.g. shared outlook inbox and Slack).
- Manage daily quality audits within internal tools, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel, ensuring project deadlines and milestones are met.
- Send project deadline reminders and mail-merge communications via Microsoft Outlook.
As an Applicant, You Bring

Proven experience in event planning, project management, and executive engagement, preferably in the technology industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executives and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing large data sets in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
Pay Range: $30.00 – $50.00 (Hourly)
The successful candidate’s starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.
