We are looking for a Property Manager to work alongside our team in our growing residential management program on the Big Island's Kona-Kohala coastline.
We are a construction company established in 1993. We pride ourselves on our commitment to building high quality homes and developing personal and long lasting relationships with our clients. Many of the homes we build will transition into our company's Residential Management program. We are looking to expand this division and grow with professional, communicative, and hardworking property managers.
None of the homes we care for are vacation rentals, so a real estate background is not necessary. We care for private luxury homes along the coastline.
The ideal manager would possess these traits and values:
- Attention to detail
- An inquisitive eye
- Proactive communication
- Hard working
- Willing to work up to 50 hrs. a week at times
- Timely email and phone communication skills
- Ability to work with tools and proven handiness in resolveing issues and making small repairs
A background in property management and a base knowledge of the wide range of luxury home maintenance skills is a plus, but it can be learned.
