We are seeking a skilled and experienced European Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team at Wright Auto Works. As a European Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of European vehicles, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. All within our_ Climate Controlled Facility._
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough diagnostic assessments to identify issues and determine the appropriate repair or maintenance procedures for European vehicles.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Repair and replace faulty components, including electrical systems, engines, brakes, suspension systems, and transmission systems.
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools effectively to accurately diagnose complex issues.
- Keep accurate records of all services, repairs, and maintenance work performed on vehicles.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and manufacturer specifications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with advisors and clients, addressing their concerns or questions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a European Automotive Technician, specializing in European car brands such as BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Porsche or similar.
- Extensive knowledge of European vehicle systems, components, and diagnostic procedures.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools specific to European vehicles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in performing repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with manufacturer specifications and technical service bulletins.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet customer expectations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with teammates and customers.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- A great attitude and willingness to learn and grow!
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications or equivalent.
- Additional certifications or training related to European car brands.
- Experience working with hybrid or electric European vehicles is a plus.
