Responsibilities:
-Must work weekends and holidays!
- Clean, stage and maintain assigned areas, including Vacation homes, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
-Quality control and pictures of completed jobs, manage quality control of other employees work sites.
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with amenities and supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety
Qualifications:
-MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENCE AND RELIABLE TRANSPERTATION TO BE CONSIDERED!
-Vacation Rental management experience with references!
- MUST KNOW HOW TO STAGE HOME!
- Previous experience in hotel management or Vacation Rental housekeeping preferred
- Knowledge of professional cleaning techniques and products
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Knowledge of floor care techniques
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service to guests
