Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Coach, you'll be at the forefront of client engagement, forging strong, meaningful relationships. Your primary role will be to understand the specific needs of small business owners and provide tailored support to help them navigate their growth journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with small business owners, ensuring their unique needs are addressed.
- Group Coaching Sessions: Conduct 2 insightful sessions per week, offering actionable strategies and solutions. Our target is a 20% month-over-month increase in attendance.
- Onboarding: Facilitate weekly onboarding calls, ensuring new business owners are effectively introduced to our processes, aiming for a 20% month-over-month rise in product adoption.
- 1:1 Coaching: Deliver 10 dedicated sessions weekly, focusing on bespoke growth strategies. We aim for a 30+ Net Promoter Score (NPS) and a churn rate below 10%.
- Community Management: Drive engagement in our Facebook Community.
Address queries promptly and foster a positive environment, targeting a 20%
month-over-month boost in active participation.
- Content Creation: Craft informative content for our monthly newsletters and
community, focusing on current industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in a Digital Marketing Specialist role, with emphasis on B2B
settings or supporting entrepreneurs, experience supporting eCommerce businesses highly desired
- Proficiency in key digital marketing platforms such as Clickfunnels,
ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, etc.
- Demonstrated capabilities in B2B sales, content creation, account management,
group coaching, and onboarding processes.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical prowess in prevalent digital marketing and sales tools.

Pay: $63,929.00 - $71,004.00 per year
