General Responsibilities: Full and Part Time - evening/weekend and overnight schedules
$1.00 Shift Differential for 6400 Homes
$2.50 for ICF/Behavior Tech Homes.
Residential Aides assume the necessary duties and responsibilities that promote a climate of normalization and foster growth and development to each individual's highest level of accomplishment. Residential Aides provide basic care and implement program goals related to activities of daily living, meaningful activities and health/safety of adult residents.
Homes locations: Berwyn, Aston, Springfield, Upper Chichester, Broomall, Newtown Square
General Responsibilities: Day Shift Monday- Friday schedules
The Program Room Assistant is responsible for providing vocational instruction to assigned individuals in a structured environment designed to promote intellectual, emotional and social growth. He/she will assist in implementing teaching plans that are appropriate to the ages and populations served, specifically adults (ages 18+ years) with autism, intellectual/developmental disabilities and acquired brain injury. The Program Room Assistant will typically be assigned to a program room but may be required to work with individuals from other program rooms, as assigned by supervisors. Populations served are sometimes intensely physically challenging and/or requiring total assistance with daily needs. The position requires that staff be aware that individuals who are served may exhibit aggressive and/or self-injurious behavior. This requires the Program Room Assistant to be constantly alert and ready to respond to the individual's needs according to effective behavior analytic interventions.

Basic Qualifications
Education/Training: High School diploma required.
Certifications/Licensure: Must possess a minimum of two years driving experience holding a U.S. state driver's license. A minimum age of twenty-one (21) years old. Successful completion of employer provided certification in CPR, First Aid, Crisis Intervention and approved driver training.
Skill(s): Ability to follow procedures and programs relevant to teaching and programming strategies.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year experience in a related field preferred
