Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, promoting our HVAC, Water Purification, and plumbing services, and scheduling appointments for our skilled technicians and sales professionals. You will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is outgoing, persuasive, and passionate about providing top-notch service, but most of all loves making new friends!

What we need done:
- Engage with potential customers in a retail setting, educating them about our HVAC, water purification, and plumbing services.
- Use persuasive techniques to generate interest and schedule appointments with qualified leads.
- Effectively communicate the value of our services, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Utilize our CRM system to schedule appointments, update customer information, and track progress.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets for appointment setting and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company offerings.
- Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
Who we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- High energy, people-person who loves making new friends.
- Proven experience in a customer service, marketing, or sales role, preferably in a retail setting.
- Weekend and evening availability preferred.
- Competitive individual contributor who loves to win as a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Engaging personality that blends well in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer systems, including MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
