We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part Time Luxury Retail Fulfillment Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team and support our inventory and order fulfillment processes.
You will be responsible for driving a great shopping experience for our omni-channel customer by supporting the operational activities that drive sales, profit, and excellent customer service, including inventory management. You will collaborate with the team to deliver results in a friction-free shopping environment.

Job Duties:
Customer Service: Answer their questions, and provide assistance in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure a positive shopping experience by providing order updates, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
Picking and Packing: Locate ordered items in the office and prepare merchandise for shipment using handheld technology and appropriate packing materials. Prepare shipping labels, coordinate with shipping providers to ensure timely delivery, and process shippable returns.
Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, restock items as needed, and ensure accurate product counts to maintain optimal inventory levels. Quality control checks.
Support Other Teams: Assist other team members as needed in areas such as PR pulls and working photoshoots, and special events.
Team Collaboration: Work with other team members throughout the organization to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment. Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, sharing feedback, ideas, and concerns.

- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Fashion retail experience a must
