Duties and Responsibilities
- Performance and Associate Development
- Builds positive and professional relationships with Center Associates, Center Management Team and MFH Corporate Allies allowing for positive morale and a performance based culture.
- Maintains own pre-established sales and revenue goals and additional performance standards. This includes, but is not limited to, pay period and monthly KPI benchmarks and wax pass sales. This role is held to our highest standards of performance. Meeting and maintaining performance benchmarks is a primary role responsibility and requirement.
- Helps train and develop associate team members in high performance sales. Executes real time performance coaching and holds Associates accountable for guest experience standards, daily and monthly sales goals - as well as KPI performance.
- Effectively communicates goal and role expectations to associate team members. Collaborates with the CM and DM in collecting and providing real time performance data to Associates on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Provides consistent, fair and equitable performance feedback to sales associates – while coaching at the front desk. Encourages Associate engagement through a variety of methods including recognition, rewards and positive feedback within organizational guidelines.
- Elevates guest or Associate conflict to CM, DM or DWT, when appropriate and necessary in a timely manner.
- Assists in holding the associate team accountable for professional conduct and conversation at team meetings and in all areas of the center. Reports issues regarding associate conduct or communication directly to CM in a timely manner. Collaborates with CM on team meetings on a bi-monthly basis using available resources and pre-approved content
- Identifies opportunities and attends marketing events and team building meetings.
- Models exemplary leadership behaviors including integrity, empathy, reliability, confidence, resilience, adaptability and self-awareness. Guest Services
- Is educated on EWC’s 360 Guest Experience and MFH Productivity & Positivity standards.
- Collaborates with DMs, DWTs and Associates to determine guest expectations, ensure delivery of desired service and track overall satisfaction of all MFH EWC guests.
- Train and coach Associates to establish trust and build guest confidence by being service and product experts. Shares expertise in high performance sales, product line and front desk operations. Encourages all team members to be MFH EWC brand ambassadors.
- Knowledgeable in all MFH and EWC guest service policies, procedures, scripts, training materials and Associate qualifications and licensing.
- Ensures that all common areas – including storage rooms, suites, rest rooms and lobby areas are clean, organized and operating to company standards.
- Provides superior guest experience through ensuring all Associates adhere to EWC published policies, procedures, scripts, training standards and individual qualifications and licensing. Position Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including a weekend day. Ability to work emergency shifts.
- Sales experience in a multi-service or specialty store environment with trackable record of success. Performance coaching experience is a plus.
- Proficient in computer skills and POS system operation. Basic math computation ability.
- Able to confidently speak in public. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to maintain confidential and proprietary information and adhere to company policies, programs, and compliance protocols.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented. Coachable, reliable, punctual, respectful and trustworthy. Enjoys problem solving and can react logically in high stress situations.
- Position requires a satisfactory background check (“satisfactory” qualifications at MFH discretion), a current driver’s license and required identification information as stated by I9, and the ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
- Position requires the completion of the GSA training program and other continuing education, and training as required. Position requires attendance at regional MFH Leadership events, weekly team huddles and monthly network calls.
