Position Description
We're hiring a licensed mental health professional to join our growing team of mental health professionals.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing evidence-based mental health care to our patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with our team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Provide evidence-based mental health care to our patients, including individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the individual needs of our patients and are in line with best practices and clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with our team of mental health professionals to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Help to shape our treatment philosophy and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including clinical audits, peer review, and outcome monitoring.

Time Commitment
This is a flexible part-time role, and we ask for a minimum of 6–10 hours of availability per week.
Location
We are fully remote – you can work wherever you’re most productive.
Compensation
This is a 1099 role that will be paid at a fixed, industry-standard hourly rate per appointment.
Should you wish to expand your licensure to new states, we will subsidize the costs.
