Job description
Accountant Full-Time position working in an office, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. A real estate company is looking for an experienced person with an excellent organizational & oral/written communication skills for a friendly and fast paced small office located in North Brunswick Township. The ideal candidate will be someone with a minimum of 3 years of Accounting and financial reporting, experience along with complete knowledge in MS Office, Yardi, and solid technical skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Maintain Files both (Physical and E-files)
· Reconcile balances remaining on Contracts
· Month-end responsibilities and Enter journal entries
· Review of Expense Distribution, aged payables, reclass expense
· Reconcile and process payment of credit cards; gas, visa, Lowes
· Prepare contracts and purchase orders
-Prepare and Review K-1's
-Experience with HOA's
· Creating and updating spreadsheets in excel
· Misc. ad hoc requests.
Required:
· Excel 3-5 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience
· Experience with Yardi
· Team player and able to work independently
