Responsibilities
The position Logistics and Inventory Coordinator is part of the Supply Chain Team. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following)
· Coordinate shipping & receiving under Team Supervisor's guidance
· Verify model numbers for order accuracy
· Construct shipping containers and label them per standards
· Ensure secure packaging to prevent transit damage
· Validate addresses and match shipping methods with orders
· Maintain accurate shipping documentation
· Input shipment details into designated software accurately
· Assist in loading/unloading trailers
· Report shipping discrepancies to Department Leads
· Perform inventory tasks: counting, sorting, weighing
· Prioritize First In First Out (FIFO) for inventory control
· Store items in designated locations
· Fill orders and issue supplies
· Prepare inventory reports periodically
· Transport material between departments
· Report deficiencies to supervisor
· Follow department processes for ISO compliance
· Adhere to ISO and company policies for safety
· Maintain a clean, safe work area
· Communicate effectively with team and stakeholders
· Collaborate with truck drivers and leads
· Propose improvements in production methods and equipment
· Recommend changes to enhance efficiency

Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or High School Equivalence Certificate desired.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
· Preferably 3-5 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
· Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and shipping software.
· Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on feet for extended periods.
- Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Experienced in and able to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work with and communicate at all levels of the company.
- Self-Starter with an ability to influence positive change.
Compensation
This position is full-time, non-exempt. Compensation typically follows industry median for the Western Wisconsin region. You may be eligible for an annual bonus. This is a long-term, high accountability role.
