We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Catering Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service execution
- Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure quality ingredients and services
- Monitor catering budgets and expenses to ensure profitability
- Handle event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and coordination of staff
Skills:
- Strong background in hospitality, fine dining, and food production
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience in bartending, restaurant management, or banquet services
- Familiarity with POS systems for catering operations
- Ability to conduct interviews and train catering staff effectively
