Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multispecialty clinic, increasing efficiency, and leading our marketing efforts. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Implement and manage policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Staff Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the clinic’s budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Oversee billing, coding, and collections processes.
- Marketing and Business Development:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the clinic’s services and attract new patients.
- Oversee the clinic’s online presence, including website management and social media marketing.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and community partners.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the clinic complies with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a multispecialty clinic setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Knowledge of billing, coding, and healthcare regulations.
- Marketing and business development experience is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.50 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
