About the Role:
Agilea Solutions is seeking a dynamic and creative Workerbee Social and Community Manager to drive the growth and nurture the relationships within our thriving Workerbee Specialist community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a strong sense of community, loyalty, and engagement among our talented Workerbees. And help drive new specialist sign-ups through paid campaigns, email and other engaging channels.
What You'll Get to Do:
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategy and campaigns in conjunction with marketing to generate a pipeline of Workerbee candidates, aligning with established talent priorities.
- Craft and implement engaging email and social media strategies to attract and nurture Workerbee Specialists, continuously optimizing campaign effectiveness through iterative experimentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Talent, and Product, to ensure alignment and drive results.
- Create and distribute high-quality newsletters, marketing materials, and educational content to inform, engage, and support the growth of Workerbee Specialists.
- Develop and maintain a strong online presence for the Workerbee community across social media platforms and internal forums, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person community events to strengthen relationships and promote engagement among Workerbee Specialists.
- Establish a system to collect and analyze feedback from the Workerbee community, using insights to continuously improve engagement strategies and the overall Workerbee experience.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Workerbee lead generation and community engagement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive outcomes.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Proven experience in community management, marketing, or a related field. Experience in engaging and managing gig or freelance communities is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in community management, social media marketing and paid Linkedin experience.
- Experience creating and producing content
- Strong copywriting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong writing and content creation abilities.
- Solutions-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Demonstrated reliability and consistency in delivering results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
