Job Responsibilities
- Prepare reporting packages, analyses, and narratives to business partners and senior management with emphasis on identifying variance drivers and recommending actions.
- Maximize use of financial systems to drive growth (revenue pipeline review and forecast, recurring revenue streaming, and booking accuracy).
- Drive budgeting and forecasting support (enable accurate visibility of how we are tracking).
- Assist vertical leaders and their teams with forecast, revenue, billing, and contract inquiries as needed.
- Drive the implementation and adoption of new CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) with testing, requirements development, reviews, and analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Sales Operations and/or Consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related business majors.
- CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, Implementation experience a plus.
- Experience with reporting and visualization software required, Power BI is a plus.
- Experience in the Tech/Software industry (with recurring revenues) a plus.
- High proficiency in Excel required.
- Must be a self-starter with intellectual curiosity to be a problem solver.
- Displays a strong ability to build models and develop outputs for stakeholder-friendly consumption.
- Has a proven track record of extracting, manipulating, and delivering insights from large data sets.
- Manages ambiguity, proactively ideating solutions to key business problems.
- Can influence peers and leaders, presenting financial concepts to a non-financial audience.
- Has a proven track record of working in multidisciplinary teams.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000.
