Currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Clerk with expertise in pick/pack operations and palletizing products for shipment. Experience in forklift operation, inventory management, and proficiency in operating cherry pickers or lift platforms are preferred. The Warehouse Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of warehouse operations by accurately picking and packing orders, palletizing products, and contributing to inventory management tasks.

Required Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in pick/pack operations and palletizing products for shipment.
- Preferred experience in forklift operation, with valid certification, and familiarity with operating cherry pickers or lift platforms.
- Experience in operating pallet jacks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing warehouse tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities:
- Perform pick/pack operations with precision and efficiency to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
- Expertly palletize products according to specifications, ensuring stability and safety during transportation.
- Utilize forklifts, cherry pickers, or lift platforms to move and organize materials within the warehouse, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse organization and workflow, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse workspace to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling, storing, and packaging materials to prevent damage and ensure quality.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while operating equipment and performing warehouse tasks.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory needs, order status, and any issues or concerns that arise.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned by management to support overall warehouse operations.
