Position Overview:
As a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized and holistic care to patients within the comfort of their homes. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assess patient needs, administer medication, implement care plans, and provide support to enhance overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Education and Licensure:

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.

Current and valid LPN license.
