The Hampton Inn & Suites is looking for a team player who can provide excellent customer service to our guests.
Looking for someone with Flexible schedule to cover any shifts when needed. Hours range from part to full time hours.
Duties (include but are not exclusive to):
Night Audit - auditing all business transactions of that day, prior to closing the business day.
Checking-in and checking-out guests.
Handling guest requests and accommodating them as best as possible.
Handling guest complaints and problem-solving.
Preparation of meeting space
Maintaining cleanliness of Lobby throughout the day/night.
Qualifications:
Comfortable with using a computer and basic programs
Strong communication skills

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
