What You’ll Do:
As Compliance Manager, you’ll take charge of internal audits, program invoices, funder-required reports, and external contract monitoring. You’ll be the backbone of our affordable housing compliance, ensuring everything from file reviews to lease-ups meets the highest standards. Your role is pivotal in supporting our Property Management Teams and providing top-notch internal consulting services.
Your Impact:
- Lead and train a dynamic compliance team.
- Conduct thorough reviews and maintain impeccable records.
- Implement requirements and changes of HUD, Tax Credit, and other regulatory developments.
- Prepare for, lead, and submit reports and audits required by funders
- Embody Housing First and Trauma-Informed Care principles in your work.

- Applicant must successfully pass required background clearances prior to an offer of employment.
Your Experience:
- Directly related experience in property management of LIHTC properties.
- Familiarity with YARDI Voyager, WBARS, or equivalent systems.
- Five years’ experience practicing compliance with a strong knowledge of the following:
- Section 8 program
- Landlord-Tenant Act
- Fair Housing policy
- WBARS reporting system
- HUD 4350.3 handbook and IRS section 42 compliance.
- HOME & CDBG
