Summary:
The Dietary Technician will perform scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of commercial kitchen equipment and associated systems to include mechanical, electrical, plumbing and refrigeration and steam.
Education & Experience:
High School or GED required.
Two plus (2+) years' experience.
Technical or College preferred.
Maintenance Electrical License or License/Certification in related trade preferred.
