KNOWLEDGE:
Ø Knowledge of or ability to learn all aspects of AAR exceptions and auditing
Ø Working knowledge of computer systems (hardware and software) including – but not limited to – Microsoft Office Suite (excel, word, powerpoint, etc)
Ø Knowledge of regulatory requirements (i.e. AAR, OSHA, Automobile Manufacturers & Railroad).
Ø Knowledge of Quality Systems to ensure procedures are followed
Ø Knowledge and understanding of Environmental requirements
QUALIFICATION:
Ø Basic understanding of rules and safety procedures governing all areas
Ø Good organizational and communication skills including written and verbal.
Ø Supervisor / Management experience preferred.
Ø No Felony Convictions, Professional Etiquette and Diploma / GED required.
ABILITY:
Ø Ability to travel without advance notice for up to 75 % of the time
Ø Ability to work various shifts and schedules including nights and weekends
Ø Ability to identify Safety and Quality Risks, Establish and Implement rules, processes and procedures to minimize risks in all areas
Ø Ability to work under minimal supervision
Ø Ability to learn job functions, Safety / Quality standards in a timely manner.
Ø Ability to impartially perform AAR and Facility audits and assist facility in implementing Corrective Actions and measures
Ø Ability to climb heights of up to 15 foot, walk and work on uneven surfaces and work in confined spaces
Ø Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
Ø Ability to perform job functions so as to identify exceptions and assist in training and implementing corrective measures as needed
Ø Ability to enforce rules in place and accountability as needed
Ø Ability to professionally communicate with customers, facility Associates and Staff in written and verbal communication.
Ø Ability and knowledge to teach and enforce industry skills and safe and quality correct work practices at any level – including ability to identify unsafe or inadequate conditions and correct.
Ø Ability to work closely with facility, corporate management and the customer to ensure continuous improvement in the Safety / Quality programs and procedures.
Ø Ability to understand audit compliance and maintain confidentiality regarding audits
Ø Ability to implement, monitor and maintain environmental compliance at all facilities
Ø Ability to maintain complete documentation for all aspects of Safety / Quality
Ø Ability to successfully pass e-verifle (erailsafe) or other 3 rd party background check
Ø Ability to be covered under company insurance policy based on driving record
DUTIES :
Oversee Workers Compensation claims and program including entry of WC claims into 3 rd party claim system
Research & Monitor WC claims and work directly with adjustors
Work with facility Managers to identify and reduce risks, Safety issues and injury Coordinate random drug testing & results
Oversee erail program
Enter & track EPL / EEOC / legal issues to insurance IIX or equivalent drivers license and background entry and tracking
Labor posting monitoring
AAR manual ordering & distribution along with AAR bulletins and updates OSHA tracking & reporting
Monitor facility Safety and Quality performance and reward program (s) Oversee Damage claims and work directly with customer regarding claims Ensure entry of damages & claims into claim log and claim research Follow up with facilities regarding damages and facility research
Work with facility Managers to identify and reduce risks, Quality issues and damages
Monitor entry of damage claims into Liberty Mutual or other insurance database & follow up with adjustors including tracking receipt of payment
Handle 3 rd party insurance claims directly and for subrogation with LM Contest claims when applicable
Oversee completion of monthly shift books AAR manual ordering and distribution
MISC
Work directly with customer on requests & obligations Work with facilities and ROMs on requests & needs Monitor VAL store & printing wearables
Monitor legal cases and follow-up with attorney as needed
ISO Management Representative (all aspects of ISO compliance)
Establish & implement training including bulletins, orientation, etc for all facilities Investigate incidents and implement corrective measures, discipline, training, etc Maintain incident calendar & weekly review information
Monitor Tableau reporting & weekly review information
Maintain information & documentation for report card (facility review) Maintain various supplies including Safety (COVID as needed) inventory, and distribute as needed
ISN or other customer required web-site and requirements
Maintain OSHA requirements for all facilities – including review and distribution of logs Maintain CPR / 1 st aid training for all Management staff
Work directly with clinics for all facilities
Assist with new facility set up including clinic, supplies, training, documentation, orientation, start-up Order various Safety and Quality supplies for all facilities
Work with various vendors to obtain misc. facility supplies
Other duties as assigned and / or deemed necessary to maintain the Safe and Quality of all operations and functions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
