Job Summary:
Lola Hair Studio is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Guest Care Coordinator to join our team. This is a growth position positioned between Guest Care and Operations Manager. We are looking for a do-er with exceptional organizational skills, a love for people, and a keen attention to detail. As a Guest Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support, contributing to the smooth operation of our salon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Oversee the Guest Care team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure exceptional client service.
- Manage appointment bookings and handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure the salon runs smoothly.
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area.
- Create and manage the Guest Care schedules.
- Assist in the implementation of salon policies and procedures.
- Support the Guest Care team and Operations Manager in various administrative tasks.
- Manage client records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Manage inventory and assist in retail product management, including inventory tracking and sales.
- Handle client payments and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Strive to hit KPIs, including productivity, prebooking, new and repeat client retention, and service and retail sales.
- Foster a positive and professional environment in line with our core values.
- Oversee and manage salon maintenance and cleanliness
- Take initiative, be a self-starter, and always seek to improve.
- Demonstrate a dynamic personality and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a salon, spa, or beauty industry preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in salon management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work 34+ hours per week, including nights and at least 2 Saturdays per month.
