Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Inspection Manager to oversee and help manage the housekeeping operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vacation rentals, hotel or hospitality housekeeping management, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards
- Conduct home inspections by following a detailed checklist
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
- Address and resolve any guest or staff complaints regarding housekeeping services
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in vacation rental, hotel, hospitality, or housekeeping management
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices, floor care, and custodial duties
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality service delivery

Experience:
- Previous experience in vacation rental, hospitality or hotel industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
