Job Overview
We are looking for a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist who has a positive attitude toward taking risks and overcoming challenges. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the knowledge, negotiation skills, and daily habits of a high-achieving Sales Manager who prioritizes clients, problem-solves, and seeks win-win agreements. Additionally, we need someone who is independent, confident, and self-reliant. This commission-based position provides unlimited income potential to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with potential leads.
- Qualify lead opportunities and assess their viability.
- Identify and evaluate potential properties for acquisition.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers.
- Maintain organization and manage your pipeline using our CRM.
- Train others in this role, leveraging your experience and expertise.
