Position Overview:
Embark on a dual role adventure as an Administrative Assistant at Complete Chess! We are seeking a versatile individual who can seamlessly handle administrative tasks. If you have a passion for chess, excellent organizational skills, and a knack for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Provide general administrative support during designated hours. - Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and events.
- Generate regular reports as needed.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Drive sales by promoting special offers, upselling, and cross-selling. - Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Earn a 10% commission on all successful off-site sales transactions.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $15/hour, plus 10% commission on off-site sales. Work Schedule:
- Friday: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Saturday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
