Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. Duties:
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Oversee and monitor the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with the client's goals and needs.
- Collect and analyze data related to client outcomes, program effectiveness, and staff performance.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Conduct thorough medical assessments, using medical terminology to diagnose and treat clients.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with industry best practices and advancements in behavioral health.
Experience:
- Proven experience in the field of behavioral health, preferably working with individuals with autism.
- Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff, including experience with children.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and therapeutic techniques.
- Familiarity with medical documentation and medical records management.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
Skills:
- Ability to inhale and work in environments that may have dust, allergens, or other particles.
- Experience working with people with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and the ability to document medical records accurately.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and therapeutic techniques.
- Experience with data collection and analysis.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance procedures.
- Experience working with children and providing behavioral health services.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
