Train Attendant Job Description
Reports To: Operations Manager
FLSA Status: Part time hourly, non-exempt

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Summary: The Train Attendants are responsible for preparing, stocking and cleaning train cars for each journey. Responsibilities also include general labor around the property as well as assisting guests with mobility accommodations to and from the train.
Essential Functions
Able to think critically to solve problems effectively
Assist guests to the train.
Enjoy working on a team.
Restock bar/kitchen onboard items.
Repair small plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues or call certified technicians.
Drive motor vehicles and golf carts safely on property delivering supplies/personnel. MUST HOLD A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
Assist in a variety of tasks around the train such as filling water tanks, carrying kegs, carry trash across tracks from cars, cleaning exterior of train, etc.
Regular daily cleaning of all exterior windows on the train
Assist in cleaning grounds around the property
Hold track warrants if GCOR certified
Other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Working Conditions
Able to frequently lift at least 50 pounds
Perform work outside in adverse weather conditions (extreme cold and heat, snow, rain)
Must climb ladders and stairs regularly
Employee will spend 90% of the time on their feet
