We are looking for an Inside Sales Rep to represent our growing custom clothing line. The ideal candidate will be driven to open new accounts, while up-selling and increasing our reorder business with our existing teams, clubs, and dealers. In this role, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, initiating contact with potential customers, identifying their needs, and selling appropriate merchandise to meet those needs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering customer requests for custom clothing and making product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Preparing information for quotes & contracts.
- Monitoring, tracking, and overseeing the development of order fulfillment.
- Managing new account inquiries and implementing sales strategies to grow customer base.
- Contacting prospective customers to establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer/supplier relationship.
- Contributing to establishing sales strategies for new markets.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time and multiple priorities
- Supporting Outside Sales Representatives in reaching territory goals.
- Any clerical duties necessary to support the department.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year of inside sales experience
- Bicycle Industry Experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central would be considered a plus.
- Proven communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Individual must be self-motivated and capable of working in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM would be a plus.
- Knowledge of cycling clothing and bikes would be considered a plus.
- Travel for trade shows throughout the US may be required. What can GARNEAU offer?

Pay: $67,901.14 - $81,773.41 per year
