Our equity analyst will be our fifth analyst to join the team. This person is a perfectionist who triple checks numbers before they are published, knows how to think outside of the box and has a touch of creativity when it comes to presenting research with enticing visualizations, such as eye-catching graphs, charts and presentations.
Our equity analyst also knows how to balance the repetitive research that equities require with a critical eye for issues or red flags within the filings that are not already known. This person is a detective when it comes to research, looking for clues and forming original conclusions.
In addition to careful and concise research into equities, this person will be in charge of covering earnings reports and earnings calls. Some evenings are required during earnings season (about 15-20 evenings per quarter).
The role we are looking to fill is a full-time contract position to start with an opportunity for full-time employment for the right fit. We are a team of four full-time analysts looking for our fifth team member.
Our Equity Analyst will work across the following
· Stock screeners
-Trading software
-SEC Filings
-Earnings Reports, Investor Decks
- Excel spreadsheets
- Ycharts, Trade View, and many other stock research tools
Must Have:
· 3+ years experience in equity research
· Experience with equity research reports; you are comfortable conveying your knowledge in written word and through graphics/visuals
-Ability to follow our internal process, a willingness to learn how we have become a top team in tech.
· Mastery of Excel is required

- Salary Range: DOE: $90K to $105K per year + performance bonuses. Health care and PTO offered.
