GENERAL EXPECTATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proven leadership in a team atmosphere proven through working well with others, shows leadership skills through setting a positive example, assists with training new hires, and takes ownership for his/her actions and those around them.
- Professional & Punctual: Arrives to job site on time and ready to work with the appropriate work attire and mentality.
- Meet/Exceed expectations for time frames set on job assignments
- Respectful of company equipment through proper use and care as outlined in daily expectations for maintenance responsibilities, and ensures crews equipment is returned and accounted for daily. .
- Present a positive and professional image in the field related to client interaction, personal presentation, respectful use of equipment, and overall image of yourself and the company.
- CLASS A CDL or ability to obtain for certain positions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THIS JOB .
- Ensures quality and precision of all work at the job sites, with strong attention to quality & detail.
- Meet or exceed job completion expectations through being an essential member of the team, consistently meeting goals, and showing leadership by example.
- Log all notes and time in/out of job sites via company software with details for management as set by your Foreman at the beginning and end of each day.
- Participates in developing creative solutions to problems that may arise in the course of a workday
- Responsible for following all safety policies and procedures.
- Must be able to work in seasonal conditions for extended periods of time.
- Must have the ability to lift at least 60 pounds.
- Willingness & Ability to attend training and development opportunities to increase skills in the field with regard to landscaping skills, equipment operation, product knowledge and safety standards for equipment usage.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
