We are hiring for the position of a full time Patient Coordinator at our upscale full service surgeons office and medical spa in west Houston. This is a tremendous growth opportunity for the ideal candidate that is self motivated, leaving no stone left unturned. All while being highly organized with excellent followthrough. The right person will genuinely add to our current team and evolve with the company long-term, not just simply come in and do a job.
Experience with hospitality and sales in high-end environments is required. Some medical aesthetic and plastics industry experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients in prioritizing their treatment plan.
Create sales lists based on current promotions and work into daily tasks.
Responsible for following up on all email and in person inquiries, consultations and quotes.
Creates follow up system to ensure all un closed quotes are contacted in a timely manner.
Responsible for ensuring that client has received all of the pre/post procedure planning
Assist with pre and post treatment photos
Participate in social media as an opportunity to grow clientele
Schedule appointments and collect payment for package sales
Educate clients about the treatments we offer, how they work, the expected results, and how much they cost, presenting payment options
Highly suited for an experienced “closer” when selling products and treatments.
Assist with planning and executing promotions and events
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
Knowledge or background in beauty and aesthetics required
Self-motivated and ability to work in a team environment
MUST be comfortable working in a very busy environment
Be computer savvy, and proficient in google calendar and excel
Be willing to take initiative and be assertive
Patients expect you to know the answer to all of their questions; therefore confidence in delivery is a must
Can take sales direction and constructive criticism well
Come up with creative ideas, and participate in bigger picture conversations when pertaining to long term vision
Know how to correspond effectively first and foremost, as well as quickly
Maintain successful client relationshipsBe reliable, responsible and trustworthy
Have a proactive, positive, and results-oriented approach to work
Courteous , friendly and professional attitude
Have a passion, love, knowledge and curiosity for skin, beauty and the future of physical aesthetics
Flexibility to handle various kinds of requests
Schedule will typically be Monday-fridday from 9-5 with occasional evenings
Pay is salary plus commission with no cap.
