Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinicians (LMFT/LPCC/LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with diverse populations, including pediatrics, providing essential social work services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide patient care, including counseling and support services
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Implement behavior management strategies
- Facilitate group therapy sessions
- Collect and maintain accurate patient data
- Manage crisis situations effectively
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field
- Active state licensure as a LMFT/LPCC/LCSW
- Ability to collect and analyze data for treatment planning
- Competence in group therapy facilitation
- Excellent crisis management abilities
- Clinical Supervision certification preferred

Compensation - commensurate with experience
