POSITION SUMMARY:
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. Will handle and resolve customer needs and provide technical support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships with customers through clear communication, trust, and loyalty,
- Interact and coordinate with other departments including Sales, Fabrication, Assembly, and Engineering to provide superior service internally as well as externally.
- Prepare reports and process paperwork.
- Complete transactions in ERP system.
- Partner with Field Service Technicians on on-site service jobs to plan, set-up, troubleshoot, and repair machinery.
- Gather customer’s information and determine needs by evaluation and analyzing the situation.
- Respond to customer problems or complaints.
- Provide notifications to customers.
- Refer customers to appropriate personnel.
- Review customer warranty information.
- Promote products, services, or programs.
- Process customer bills or payments.
- Verify accuracy of transactional data.
- May occasionally need to travel.
- Must adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent. May be able to substitute relevant, practical experience in lieu of education.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read hydraulic schematics and electrical diagrams for successful troubleshooting, diagnosis, technical support.
- Experience in mechanical troubleshooting.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Ability to take direction.
- Ability to convey information effectively.
- Strong commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in product.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
