Wholesale Customer Service Rep.
Smartex Apparel Inc. is looking for an experienced customer service rep to join our office in California. We’re a company who is rapidly expanding and adding to our team. This position would be seasonal, for a minimum of 6 months, with the opportunity for full time employment.
Responsibilities:
- Daily correspondence via phone and email with customers. Respond to emails in a timely manner
- Daily processing and entering of orders
- Friendly and professional demeanor by phone and email
- Manage any complaints customers may have
- Process returns with warehouse
- Become familiar with brand/ product knowledge
- Work with operations on available inventory to fulfill immediate orders
- Other duties as assigned in office
Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience working in a customer service role.
- Experience in a wholesale setting preferred.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be comfortable working with computers and web-based applications.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment - during busy seasons.
- Ability to work on your own and willing to make decisions.
- Bilingual a preferred, but not required!
