Job Summary:

Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base

- Set goals and quotas for inbound and outbound calling and conversions
- Utilize our CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Manage and train a team of Business Development Representatives
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven track record in automotive business development
