Position: Human Resources Manager
Shift: Predominate Day shift but must be flexible to work all shifts

Diversity Vuteq is an automotive plastics manufacturer for a major automotive manufacturer located in the Princeton, IN area. DV is currently looking for a Human Recourses Manager. We are looking for a strong team player with HR experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry as well as ISO 14001 experience. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel, 2 years of relevant HR experience, PHR certification or equivalent, and at least one year of ISO 14001 administration experience.
Job Responsibilities
The human resource manager is directly responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function.
· Administer and oversee the administration of human resource programs for Onsite and Offsite.
· Provide a framework for constructive and timely performance evaluations.
· Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
· Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
· Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.
· Assist with development, engagement, motivation, and retention of current staff.
· Nurture a positive working environment.
· Implement policies, processes, and training initiatives.
· Manage disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition,
· Oversee occupational safety program.
· Oversee hourly process training.
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
· Monitor and collaborate with other organizational leaders and advisors to ensure the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations,
· Recommended best practices; review and modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Manager skills are necessary to accomplish results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching and counseling team members, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Experience: at least 2 years relevant HR experience required along with 1+ years’ experience in Environmental ISO14001 strongly preferred
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 – 5 years HR experience in lieu of degree
Certification: PHR certified or equivalent required
