Summary
Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will partner with executive leadership to lead all financial planning and analysis processes to drive consistent EBITDA growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the MCS Finance Planning & Analysis function to drive the business to improved performance
- Lead coordination of the annual budget process
- Lead coordination of quarterly and monthly forecast development process
- Lead all financial analysis supporting business decisions at both the business unit and corporate levels
- Prepare monthly and quarterly stakeholder reporting packages
- Lead external stakeholder finance communication support answering bank and investors requests and questions
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting throughout the business
- Manage tracking of key initiatives including financial relevance
- Provide financial support for special projects as requested by CFO and Executive Leadership

- Exceptional analytical skills, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate results/recommendations by presenting complex concepts/ideas in concise, easy-to-understand terms
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and desire to see results
- Mastery of financial applications such Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and corporate performance tools
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Must demonstrate time management skills to organize and prioritize deliverables
- Experienced professional with high standards of excellence and adherence to deadlines
- Strong financial modeling ability for utilization in budget and forecasting processes
- Ability to synthesize various, independently generated data points into a cohesive analysis
Education & Experience
Required
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field
- 7+ Years of Financial Planning and Analysis Experience
Preferred
- MBA Preferred
- Financial Planning and Analysis experience with a $200M+ company
- Proven track record successfully leading an FP&A team
