Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee and guide the clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to a team of clinicians
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing
- Manage crisis situations effectively and provide necessary support
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
- Collaborate with staff on research projects and data collection efforts
- Offer direct support to clients as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Proven experience in diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning
- Proficiency in crisis management and intervention strategies
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities including RBT and Behavioral Therapy
- Ability to provide clinical supervision and mentorship to staff
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and coding
