Job Duties:
- Responding to incoming inquiries from mortgage loan originators relating to license applications, including but not limited to reviewing and responding to email communication received in MLO designated electronic mailbox; responding to forwarded calls from call center, and follow up on calls and messages received on MLO general telephone line.
Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Candidate should have at least one year of experience in clerical support related work
Required level of education:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
